Our strategic plan is clear and focussed, and manifests through four key outcomes.

CS#1 will work alongside the community to build unity and resilience, supporting people to access resources and knowledge, and to grow the confidence to shape their own future.
2. INCREASED SOCIAL IMPACT THROUGH COLLABORATION & PARTNERSHIPS
CS#1 will collaborate and form long-term sustainable partnerships to deliver programs and initiatives that create measurable positive change in our community.
3. ENHANCED WELLBEING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
CS#1’s strategic deliverables will bring improved social and emotional wellbeing to everyone in the community. These initiatives will be high-quality, community-formed and accessible to everyone.
4. SUSTAINABLE GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
CS#1 will deliver programs and initiatives that are informed by the community and are inclusive, robust and sustainable for the future.
