We will deliver a high-quality educational program that contributes to each child’s sense of identity, connectedness with the world, self-confidence and well-being. Our weekly programs will be developed using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and My Time, Our Place: Framework for School Aged Care in Australia (MTOP).

The programs will be designed for children to have opportunities for play, leisure and learning at the beginning and end of their school day.  Play and leisure means different things to different children and conversations and observations with educators form the basis for program development. Our programs will incorporate groups that operate at no extra cost. This provides different activities for children to join, challenge themselves in a particular interest area and feel connected and included in a group. Groups include Cooking, Homework & Book club, Art & Craft, Sports & Games, Gardening, Yoga & Relaxation, Music, Drama, Dance and Language.

Educators:

Our qualified educators are paid above award wage – we value their important work in caring for and educating tomorrow’s leaders.

Program:

Children will have access to a wide range of resources such as board games, construction, art and craft, books, small world and dramatic play resources that are always available. Planned specific experiences based on the children’s interest and previous experiences will be run each session. We will also support and encourage children’s spontaneous play and ideas and will facilitate this as much as possible.

Communication:

We use an app based software called KindiNow which allows you to book extra casual sessions or mark your child absent.Kindyhub is secure web-based software enabling educators to simplify and streamline documentation and enhance communication with parents.
