Kindness Matters project – TASK #7
This week is our final Kindness Matters task! We thank you for participating in our Kindness Matters challenge and helping us to spread joy and community connection during a difficult and trying time.
This week, we are encouraging you to focus on yourself and to do an act of self care. This could be taking time out for yourself and enjoying a hot cup of tea, catching up with a friend, having a long, relaxing bath or going for a walk in nature.
True kindness begins with being kind to yourself. In a pressure filled society, it’s easy to not look after yourself properly. But it is much easier to treat other people better when we’ve taken care of ourselves.
Not only should we treat ourselves with kindness this week, but every week! Make it a habit and a priority every day to take some time out for yourself.
