Assistance with Care & Housing (ACH)

Assistance with Care & Housing (ACH)

Are you, or is someone you know facing homelessness or potential homelessness?

ACH is a government-funded program delivered under the Commonwealth Home Support [CHSP] scheme. The program assists people aged over 65 or 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders or prematurely aged clients*, as a result of experiencing housing stress or not having secure accommodation.

At CS#1 we can help to establish if you, or someone you know is eligible for assistance with finding suitable housing and to assist connection with the support services they might require.

For more information on the ACH program please call us on: 1800 960 938.

*Prematurely aged people are people aged 50 years and over (or 45 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) whose life experiences such as active military service, homelessness or substance abuse has seen them age prematurely.
