Amanda Tobler

CEO

Amanda is the Chief Executive Office at Community Services # 1 and is a very strong leader. Her key strengths are in her diverse experience and high level understanding of the not-for-profit, Government and corporate sectors.  She has high level strategic thinking capabilities and vast experience in advocacy and considerable commercial experience. Amanda has an exceptional ability to achieve results in demanding and challenging environments and an ability to build excellent relationships at all levels.

Amanda has very strong academic qualifications including a Degree in Community Education, an Advanced Diploma of Management and a Diploma of Government.

 

 

Leanne Barnes Mills

Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Leanne is CS#1’s Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Leanne has over 30 years management experience across a number of industries including the not-for profit, the building industry, utilities, IT and small business.  This together with extensive administration, human resources and financial management experience gives Leanne strong business and leadership skills.

 

 

 

 

Cassandra Webeck 

Executive Director of Community Support Services

Cassandra has more than 15 years’ experience as a senior executive, and most recently served as the University Secretary for Charles Sturt University with responsibility for corporate and academic governance, risk management, compliance, policies and procedures, records management and legal services. Prior to this appointment, Cassandra managed responsibility for corporate services, governance and events as the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for Universities Australia – the national peak body representing Australia’s 39 comprehensive universities.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Asian Studies (Indonesian), a Master of Public Policy (Industry Strategy), a Master of Knowledge Management, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With over 600 clients, the Community Support Services programs include Community Development, Home Care Packages, Regional Assessment Service assessments, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Community Assistance and Support Program.

 

 Karen Pollard 

 Executive Director of Children Services

Karen is the Executive Director Children’s Services. Karen comes to Community Services #1 with over 20 years’ experience in the Early Education and Care sector holding leadership roles including Area Manager, Centre Manager, coach and mentor. She has been involved across ACT and NSW in all areas of Early Education and Care.

Karen holds a diploma in Early Education and Care and a Diploma in Training and Assessment.

The most satisfying part of her role is being able to coach and mentor an amazing group of centre directors to be leaders in the sector. Karen is the Executive Director Children’s Services. Karen comes to Community Services #1 with over 20 years’ experience in the Early Education and Care sector holding leadership roles including Area Manager, Centre Manager, coach and mentor.
